Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Safer account and associated data at any time.
We believe your safety data belongs to you. You can request permanent deletion of your Safer account and all associated data whenever you like.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the app
- Open Safer and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed.
Option 2 — By email
Send a deletion request using the form below, or email support@safer.global from the address associated with your account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email, and photo.
- Your trusted contacts and circle settings.
- Your location history, Watch Me sessions, and emergency event records.
- Your chat conversations and any stored audio.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained only where required by law, and are then deleted once no longer required.
